What if I’m not flexible?
Yoga is about creating a safe space for your body to experience the edge of comfortable discomfort, wherever that may be. Your body is a living being that changes every day. Giving it the time and space to explore and expand is all you really need to do! Go slow, and honour whatever is it that you feel is right for you today.
Will I get a good workout?
Yoga can be adapted to your goals. Want a sweat-inducing, strength-building session? We can do that. Prefer a slower class for flexibility, tension release, or mindful movement? That’s perfect too. Every class is customized for your needs and intentions.
