You are so good at taking care of others.

So when was the last time you took care of yourself?

I believe that at the heart of most of our anxiety, depression and stress is a feeling of disconnection. Disconnection to the world around us. The daily actions that we take. The people closest to us. And most importantly, ourselves.

When I found a way to connect with myself again, I realized I didn’t need to stay silent about my own needs in order to keep others happy. That while their feelings mattered, mine did too.

If you find it hard to say no, even when saying yes or agreeing causes you to feel angry or resentful…

Or you feel taken for granted. People don't seem to see how you are already overstretched...

Or if you have constant anxious thoughts about what people might be thinking…

Or you are always telling people you're sorry. You'd rather take the blame than "cause" conflict…

Or you devote so much time to making sure others are happy that you have no time, resolve or willpower left to tackle your own goals...

Then know that you are not alone. You may be very good at tuning into what others are feeling. You are thoughtful and caring towards others, but find it hard to reflect that care back to yourself. You may be very self-critical, have a need to take control, or a tendency to do too much. This way of living can feel like these are the only tools you have. So you keep using them even though you know they're doing harm.

But what if there was an easier, simpler way to live without doing so much (and still feeling like it's not enough)? There would be no more guilt about spending more time doing things you want. No more shame about not fulfilling your potential. No more reliving past scenarios where you could have done or said things different.

I use a powerful combination of yoga, mindfulness and coaching to help you reconnect with your body and calm your mind, so that you can live a life where you know what YOU want, AND actually have the energy to pursue it.

I know what isolation, exhaustion, and resignation feel like. And I know how much more engaging, hopeful and motivating life can be on the other side. I can guide you there too.
